Adult teeth?

My puppy is 6 months now. Some of the adult teeth are out and puppy teeth droped, but some of her adult teeth are out but the puppy teeth still there. Would the they drop by itself eventually? How long should I wait before I take her to Vet to remove the puppy teeth?

Adult teeth?
If she still has residing baby teeth by the time of her spay, your vet will pull them out then. We do that all of the time, it is very routine. She will be under anesthetic anyways :)

UPDATE: I would give her another month, if they do not fall out on their own, have them pulled. You would hate for her bite to be off... could cause jaw issues.
Reply:Wait for a little while and just watch the gums to make sure there%26#039;s no splitting. When I was losing my teeth I had a couple like that and I was okay, so how different could it be for a puppy? If nothing seems wrong and she%26#039;s still eating she%26#039;ll be perfectly fine.
Reply:I routinely see deciduous canines in 6mo old dogs. Usually they fall out around 5-6 mo of age, but they can be taken out when you bring you dog in to be spayed. Which you are planning to do soon, right? If they are left in, they cause accumulation of food and tartar around the teeth. Advances dental problems.
